I’d give 0 stars honestly. The vet tech I dealt with needs to learn to keep her opinions to herself. I will not be taking my pets to them again because of how rude she was.

I travel from Boise for Valley View and have for years. I went in to see if I needed to put my small, older dog to sleep because I thought she was dying and Allison Hale quickly diagnosed my dog with arthritis and put her on a very affordable pain med and that alone gave me 3 extra years with my dog! Who just recently passed away at almost 16 years old. And Allison Hale just treated my other dog promptly, along with meds at an extremely affordable price. I can’t find anywhere in Boise that is like Valley View. Thank you Allison! 🩷🐶

Literally the most unprofessional vet I’ve ever come across. We were told that the doctor pulled 6 teeth out when it was supposed to be one. We did not authorize this and on top of that the front desk ladies didn’t seem to care that we were upset. The front office just acted as if it was our problem and basically said “it is what it is”. We also had to pay more than we could for the unauthorized treatment. I urge everyone with pets they care about to never come here.

Had to visit recently to put a family pet down. Reason for the visit was a bummer, but I really appreciated the care and empathy we received from the staff. When we take our pets for routine visits the staff and service are reliably good. I hadn't ever paid attention to the sad, quiet folks visiting with a pet for the last time... after being that person, I truly appreciate the way things were handled, the compassion we received.
