Maura and her team have been incredibly caring and knowledgeable throughout most of my pet's life. I am truly grateful for the compassionate care they provided, which helped to prolong my pet’s life in a humane way. When it came time for my pet’s final transition, Maura ensured it was a comfortable and peaceful experience for both my pet and me.

Recently we had a bad experience with this vet. We were trying to book a last minute appointment for our pet. We were told by the receptionist that they were not able to fit in both the appointment and the checkup before we had to travel. She informed us to book the pre appointment at another vet to expedite. So we did. After we did this and got the checkup complete we called back to confirm our surgery appt. A different receptionist very rudely told us that they don't allow outside checkups and that's not their policy. We tried to explain we never would have gotten the idea for this hadn't we been informed by their office? She disregarded what we had to say, lied that it was illegal and hung up. We tried to call back to get more information. We even planned on just biting our tongues and eating the cost to get ANOTHER checkup appointment because we had no options. They ignored our phone calls. Had we known from the beginning we would have just gone to another vet for everything other then trying to use what we thought was OUR vet. They have since blocked us as patients because of this. Very unprofessional facility. Highly not recommended.

Took my dog in after she was hit by a car. They would not see her and I had to drive over an hour away to Idaho Falls with my poor pup in pain because their schedule was already full for the day. Part of the veterinarians oath is to protect health and welfare and prevent and relief suffering. So disappointing. Thankfully she got good care in IF but I've had to drive back and forth many times for her follow-up care.
