I was very, very disappointed with the lack of care I was provided at this vet. I came home from work amd found my yorkie had eaten a whole bag of treats and had thrown it all up. she was in obvious pain, couldnt sit still, panting heavily, shaking and muscles contracting. so I rushed her to this vet, first time attending. No one in waiting room, no urgency to help. said the dr wasnt in but I could have a seat and wait. said he was going to an apt, so I said I needed more info "on way to an apt? at an apt? on way back? I need to know if I need to leave and go somewhere else?? can you call him?? Vet does not answer, messages back that he is in drive through!! Then the guys says..."yeah you should probably go some where else cause his 2:15 apt just showed up!!" Are you kidding me? No help, no urgency, no care for my dog that i think is dying from toxicity. They didnt come and examine her just looked at her from afar and asked me to wait and have a seat. I drove 15 minutes to the next vet, who took one look at my dog, called for help and rushed her back. I will never return to stat vet!!

I hardly ever do Google reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, I try to review if I can. Yesterday, I had an urgent issue with one of my cats. They got us in the same day and the best part is that it was very clear that the Dr. Zach Bruneel was NOT UPSELLING ME. He probably could have recommended five extra things (like bloodwork, etc) that I probably would have paid for, but he just recommended a change of food to start with- and did not try to sell me the food either. IT WAS VERY CLEAR THAT DR. ZACH BRUNEEL (owner, I just found out) IS IN THE BUSINESS OF ANIMALS FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS. Thank you, Dr. Bruneel and staff, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY AND GRATEFUL FOR HOW YOU TREATED US YESTERDAY!!! :)

Took my cat to see them for her annual. Couldn't even fill her prescription for the full year like they were supposed to. Have had to have it filled twice now. Are uncooperative to fill the second one to get her through her appointment. Will be going to Woodington Vet in Eagle because they are easy to work with.
