I needed to put my pet down. They said I had to pay 101 dollars for an exam before they would do the euthanasia! There is no reason to do an exam on a pet I am putting down besides them getting money out of an upset pet owner who is extremely sad about putting the pet down. What a horrible policy. Get money out of you right before you lose your pet. Zero stars! Dont go here!

We love VCA ❤️ absolutely amazing people who work here. Donna at the front desk has always been so kind and caring. Dr Reijm and Dr Williams are such kind hearted people too. They have taken such good care of my cats. Especially my boys Nova and Vesper. They have the worst anxiety when leaving home and they do make it difficult at the vet but Dr Reijm and Dr Williams have shown such compassion and patience with them. Seriously could not ask for better people. Thank you again for everything you do ❤️

This place is great! We brought our 20 year old cat to VCA after we tried to go to our usual place, but they were closed. They got us in quickly and were able to diagnose multiple health issues within a few minutes of him being there. Our previous place never told us about these issues. Our boy had 6 teeth pulled. I was nervous about him going under as he is VERY old, but all of the staff seemed very confident he would be alright, and he was! The care these people have for their patients is amazing! Rhianna and Kylie are awesome at the front desk! Rhianna was there for all three of our appointments and we were laughing and joking everytime we saw her (even when our credit was giving us issues 😆
