Love all the vets and techs there!

I’ve trusted this clinic with my animals for years, which makes this especially disappointing to write. During our most recent visit, I experienced behavior from staff that I felt was unnecessarily aggressive toward my dog. As a responsible owner, I understand that some situations can be stressful, but how animals are handled matters—and this crossed a line for me. Additionally, the appointment felt more focused on pushing vaccines than on a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. I value collaboration and respect in veterinary relationships, and this experience didn’t reflect that. While I recognize that everyone can have an off day, this interaction ultimately led me to pay my invoice, close our account, and seek care elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe in advocating for both animals and the people who love them.

I have taken my dogs here for many years and now that I have cats, them too. I have always been happy with the care my pets receive. I have had to put down a couple of dogs here over the years, and the staff were so caring. I tried another vet for a little while that was a bit closer to me, but ultimately, I went back to All Creatures Animal Hospital. I appreciate their care and expertise. They don't do unnecessary tests or treatments, and I trust that they do what's needed to care for my pets.
