Our dog Gus has had his share of vet visits - often from getting into trouble by ingesting various things. We are fortunate to live right down the street from SV Animal Center. They provide excellent care and Dr. Jace is truly a kind soul - you can just tell. He treats every pet and owner with respect. We've had wonderful experiences with his work and help, and I personally appreciate how he regards me with kindness even when I am over-worrying about a likely minor issue. In our small community, this type of human-first (and pet-first) treatment is so meaningful, especially when vet resources are limited in the area.

The experience from making appointment to checkin the day of appointment was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful with answering questions. Dr.Amber was very good explaining surgery my dog was receiving (Bi Lateral TPLO) and recovery. She also called and messaged me every step of the way till my dog was out of surgery. Which I appreciated. I would highly recommend !!

Absolutely love this team! Everyone is so kind and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything, answer all your questions, and feel confident about the next steps. You can truly tell they care deeply about your pets, which means so much—especially during stressful or scary situations. We love this team so much and truly appreciate everything they do for our four-legged family members. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication never go unnoticed—we’re so grateful to have such an amazing group taking care of our pets. Highly recommend!
