The only vet capable of performing gastroplexy on my mastiffs. Both staff and dr are always very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It is sad that when I asked for gastroplexy, in other vet office, staff didn't know what I was talking about. Kind of scary too.

The staff at Ark are wonderful- when my dog needed his teeth pulled they did an amazing job. Once he was healed, I was so happy to see him not in pain anymore. They will always be our first choice for vet care.

I have had mixed experiences with Ark. We started bringing our adult dog here in 2024 and she visited multiple times. I initially was fine with Ark and appreciated how flexible they were to get her seen on time and how affordable everything felt. In 2025 she developed growths on her body (she was 9) and we took her in. It was during a time of great upheaval in our personal lives and we really could have used more guidance through what would be a very difficult process. We received none. The tumors were removed in fall of 2025 and I asked if we needed to test them for cancer. I was told by a vet tech that it was very expensive and the team’s general demeanor was casual, they told me they hoped that by removing the tumors they wouldn’t come back and she could be okay. By early 2026 they were back and more. I will never forget our appointment then, how I had to be the one to ask if we could do the testing. It wasn’t suggested and it almost felt like my request was out of the blue. Her tests of course came back positive and eventually her cancer spread. My best friend passed last month. I don’t blame Ark for my dog getting cancer, but I wish I had been given more guidance and information about what to do, and I will always wonder if I could have given her more time had Ark been more transparent and acted sooner. I wish we had been given more than 5 minutes with Dr. Nesbit while mostly dealing with the vet techs, who had varying degrees of kindness. The part that hurt the worse, and will mean that we will never return with our cats or future dogs, was that on the day of her in home euthanasia I called Ark to ask for my dog’s latest weight. I explained to the tech on the phone what was happening, and was not given a kind word or thought at all. In fact, she was mostly silent until I said goodbye, shocked that someone would hear that their client’s dog was being put to sleep and they couldn’t muster an “I’m sorry.” It felt cold and unfeeling. We will not be back at Ark and neither will our animals.

I have been taking my fur babies there for about 9 years . I will never use another vet . Jordan & Kerri are professional & caring everyday no matter what the circumstances. The girls out front are all so very awesome. The services given by these amazing people are beyond just a job . They listen to your concerns and always put your fur babies needs first . Just want to let you know Ark group I totally appreciate all your hard work & love to keep our babies healthy… Thank you
