When you have to make the most difficult decisions, HPMC is the ONLY place you want to go. Best veterinary services I’ve ever experienced over 20 years. We’ve been with HPMC for 7 years through 8 dogs and 1 cat… newborn through senior end of life services. Dr Peale has been spot on with emergency visits, quality of life assessments, and all services. Dr. Clemmons is as well. Maddie and all the staff have always been kind and accommodating with not only regular visits but emergency drop offs, special accommodations through 2020-2021, and anything we’ve ever needed. Well worth every penny. I’d say costs are comparable. You’re really getting more than your moneys worth here. Been to another animal hospital nearby and had a bad experience having to but one of our dogs down due to their chosen methods. Never again. I will only ever go to Dr. Peale. I’ll wait till her facility has an opening. Our Shih-Tzu loves HPMC and so do we. ❤️

I called Hayden pet medical center as soon as they opened (7am) because it was time for my dog Brody to cross the rainbow bridge. The person who answered was so kind and helpful during this difficult time. They got me in asap (an hour later) and throughout the entire process was thoughtful, very gracious and understanding. I’m not sure how vets can mentally euthanize day in and day out but they are so graceful and show pets dignity through the very end. I would highly recommend this vet. Thank you

Great vet experience every time, but especially today. The staff were able to see my dog as a same day drop-in appointment. Dr. Amy and staff were thorough with my dog's history and assessment. Dr. Amy took the extra time to really understand the timeline of my dog's symptom onset and she talked me through all treatment options without pushing for any extra diagnostics. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr. Amy and all staff!
