Staff is very friendly, and willing to work with you. My dog can be a handful as heelers tend to be. They staff handled her like the professionals they are.

My dog has a lot of allergies and after getting nowhere with our previous vet I brought my dog to Tolo for a second opinion and made the switch permanently! My parents also made the switch to Tolo. We see Dr Wolfrum and she so is awesome. I've never had a vet, or even a human doctor for that matter, spend so much time with you listening and explaining. I cannot stress that enough... You will not leave with questions unless you forgot to ask them. After each visit I get a detailed email going over everything we discussed during our visit, so it's impossible to forget what you discussed while you were there! I feel like I have been such a pain on this allergy journey, with so many questions and concerns, but they have been very understanding and patient with me. They are very responsive to emails. Their facility is very clean and modern, whether you have a dog with complex issues or just need a checkup, they have go you covered. I hope I never need it, but I'm glad they have emergency services too. I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience here. I have never had a vet this caring before, 10/10!!

The team at Tolo Vet is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wolfrum and Dr. Ashley. They are both incredible at what they do and are always so loving and compassionate toward my animals. They consistently make me feel comfortable and confident that my pets are in the best hands. We had an emergency visit yesterday after my lab got into raisins, and Dr. Ashley acted quickly and decisively to help save my baby. I am so grateful for the care and attention they gave during such a scary situation. Everyone at Tolo Vet has always taken wonderful care of my animals, and I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and dedication.

Dr. Ashlynn was absolutely wonderful with our piglet. We called Monday morning after he got sick on Sunday, and they were so helpful right away. They gave us several options, a same-day drop-off, an in-office visit the next day, or even a next day farm visit, which we really appreciated. We chose the same-day drop-off, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. When we dropped him off, we let them know the maximum we were comfortable spending, and they were very respectful of that and stayed well under it. Dr. Ashlynn was completely supportive of our decision not to do additional testing and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to explain what might be going on, what to expect, and what to watch for. She truly understands farm animals and the practical side of caring for livestock. We’re so thankful for her kindness and expertise!

The whole team at Tolo is fantastic! We saw Dr. Ash and she removed a few lumps on our boy. I really appreciated the time she took to walk me through everything and talk about a few other things I had questions about. Everyone there is very caring and it was a great experience.
