Our dog had an issue and they made the time to take care of a problem without an appointment. Excellent job.

We have been using EAC since we adopted grandma's cat a few years back and thats who she used. Had no real issues until we brought a "stray" in we fell in love with. Had to make sure she was healthy to be around our other cat. They did blood work, checked if she had been fixed, all the things she needed...I thought. When we left they gave us a quote for almost $800 to be fixed, a shot and her chip. Well I decided to go the humane society for cost reasons. Glad I did. Through records they said they tested her for feline leukemia but never administered her vaccine. A quick google.search will tell you these should be done in the same visit. So we had to have her blood work redone. Scheduled her to be fixed, dropped her off to her appt. To get a phone call saying that shes been fixed already. I feel like they heard stray and saw $$$$. We paid $424 for nothing to be done correctly and for some of it to be wrong. Wasn't impressed with this visit. We will be going to ihs with both cats since I dont feel like my pet was their concern vs the money they could have made from her. Lots of extra stress for my cat, time and money.

We, and our cat, had an excellent experience here, the staff are all super friendly, took plenty of time to assess the situation with our cat, and answered all our questions. Fantastic place to take your pets!
