Has the best experience there tonight then I’ve ever had anywhere else Jackie, Camille, & dr. Vause were nothing but amazing and patient it was very comforting

Absolutely terrible standard of care. I know for a fact that at least two people that are very close to me have been disrespected by most of the nurses in this hospital. Location may be convenient for those in American Falls but the care provided is sub par at best. My husband very well could have died had we not left AMA and went to a different hospital. There were two nurses who helped significantly but the rest(6-7 others) were dreadful. Cackling and mocking him in the hallway while he was writhing in pain, begging for relief. Unbelievable amount of apathy for patients.
